Tawaf Al–Wada‘:

If the pilgrim wants to travel, he goes to circumambulate around The House without Jogging, Idibaa (exposing his right shoulder while covering his left one) or sa‘y. This kind of Tawaf is called Tawaf al-Wada (Farewell Tawaf) and is an obligation. Then he prays two rak‘as of Tawaf and goes to Zamzam, he drinks as much water as he could while he is facing Al Ka‘bah. After that, he goes to Al-Multazam and invokes Allah for whatever he wishes in this world and the Hereafter. He starts (invocation) by praising, glorifying and saluting the prophet (peace be upon him) and ends it in the same way and invokes:

“O Allah! The House is Yours and the slave is Yours – son of Your slave and maid – You have carried me on those which You subjected to me of Your creatures and enabled me with Your graces and supported me to perform Your rites – so if You are pleased with me increase my share of Your satisfaction – or favour me with Your approval and pleasure out of Your pure grace. You are the Lord of Grace abounding.

I am leaving with Your permission without exchanging You or Your House or turning away from You or Your House.

O Allah! Accompany me with health in my body, protection for my faith and make better my return to You, provide me with Your obedience as long as I live, and gather to me the goodness of both this world and the Hereafter. You are over all things Competent.”

O Allah, grant me many returns, time after time to visit Your Sacred House and make me among those who are accepted by You – You are full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour
O Allah! Do not make this pilgrimage of mine the last visit to Your Sacred House – You are The Most Merciful of the merciful”.

Then he touches the Black Stone, kisses it or points to it in case it is impossible to come close. He walks out of Al-Haram facing the door, he does not walk backwards and turns for many times to the Ka‘bah in regret for leaving it and hoping to return once more to visit (The Old House) where mercy, forgiveness and favor are granted by Al Mighty Allah.
